COVID Relief and Recovery

Relief

In response to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on our business community, Grenville CFDC is providing immediate relief to over 80 businesses who have business loans with us. We are deferring loan payments for six months. No payments are required during this time. No interest is being charged or accrued during this time. We remain committed to supporting the health and well-being of our community.

Recovery

The Regional Relief and Recovery Fund (RRRF) provides interest free loans to help support fixed operating costs of businesses and social enterprises, where revenues have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

With the support of FedDev Ontario and the Government of Canada, in just 10 weeks, we committed $1 million in relief funding to over 30 businesses across Grenville County. RRRF funding is now fully subscribed. The application period is now closed.

If you are an incorporated business seeking an RRRF loan over $40,000 and have not already received RRRF funding from any other source, you may be eligible for RRRF funding through FedDev Ontario.
