or expansion stage. Repayable loans, loan guarantees
and equity investments in amounts up to $150,000 are
available to new and existing businesses located in
the Town
of Prescott and the Townships of Augusta,
Edwardsburgh/Cardinal
and North
Grenville.
We are not in competition with the chartered banking
system or other commercial lenders. Our financing can
be independent of, or in partnership with, other financial
institutions when traditional financing is unavailable
or insufficient.
Since being founded in 1990, GCFDC has loaned more
than $11
million dollars to 326 businesses leading to the creation
and/or maintenance of more than 1920 jobs in Grenville County.
