The Business Development Program objective is
to support new and existing entrepreneurs with
financial assistance for business, strategic,
marketing and/or export plans; feasibility studies;
research and development initiatives or web
development activities to stimulate business
opportunities. Legal commercial entities, Aboriginal
organizations and associations or groups
representing business enterprises that are located
in and conducting business activity in Augusta,
Edwardsburgh/Cardinal, North Grenville and Prescott
are eligible to apply. GCFDC may contribute up to
90% of project costs to a maximum contribution of
$5,000.00 for professional plans, feasibility
studies or research and development initiatives and
up to 50% of projects costs to a maximum
contribution of $ 1,000.00 for web development
activities. All contributions are net of GST.
